SNB is finally back in the water after a ton offseason work by Craiger and Darrell.
We got all new Raymarine Axiom Pro electronics, which are a bunch faster than our old electronics. Darrell installed a new head, which was literally a shitty job- hopefully people will stop trying to flush things that can't be flushed as some pocket change and unknown other items killed our last head. SNB has another 42' Henriques, Rock Solid, as a slipmate. She will be running as a 6 pack boat out of the Pacific Salmon Charters Office. Cpt Jed Stout and Cpt Dustin Greene will be running 6 pack charters through the Cannery and Gambler charters. Both Jed and Dustin are excellent tuna fishermen and it will be nice to have some company on the water so we can hunt as a team. Cpt Shaun and Cpt Shaun (father and son from San Diego) will be running and and two day charters on Legendz, their very, very nice 6 pack 2 day boat. I had an amazing trip with them last year and booked a 2 day trip with them again this year. I thought I knew a lot about tuna fishing until I met these guys- Shaun senior has been catching tuna since the 80's and has chased tuna all around the world as a charter captain and commercial captain. You will not find better tuna fishermen than Shaun and Shaun. If you want the San Diego experience (except the not sleeping and not catching fish part) these guys have it dialed in. I can't wait for my trip with them this August. https://legendzfishing.com/ The word on the docks is that tuna will be early this year and that boats are already on them a few hundred miles SW. They should be in sportboat range in a few weeks. We can't wait. Mike C
