The one weak spot on Shake N Bake was our electronics.
The Furuno and Garmin stuff was OK, but not nearly as good as the Raymarine stuff I had on my last boat. I got tired of cursing my locked up Garmin touchscreen and got in touch with Raymarine about becoming a Raymarine pro-staffer. I got in touch with TJ from Costal Marine Electronics and we met up on Shake N Bake to plan the upgrades. TJ is a GENIUS when it comes to electronics and pretty much melted my brain with technical jargon. A couple of hours later we decided on 3 new displays, 2 new radars and two new sonars. The Raymarine CHIRP Radar is amazing. It can get returns on objects 20 feet away, which is going to be great on foggy days at buoy 10. TJ is also adding both CHIRP sonar and Downvision sonar. Santa came in his big brown truck today and delivered the presents. I can't wait to get our new Raymarine electronics installed and try them out. Captain Mike

That's great, it's always a great pleasure to play with new electronics. Wish you all the best and have a great Christmas and New year. The fishing on your boat was great thanks again Weasel.
