Our buddy Mark Coleman's tip was dead on.
We ran 50 plus miles NW on a sloppy ocean. We saw the Westport fleet and dropped gear. We got bit right away and were in the fish pretty much all day. Four hours later we were plugged plus another 12 or so fish we had to stash in our secret fish box. The fish were ENORMOUS, the biggest grade of fish we have ever seen. We ran home at 27 knots on a nice ocean. Great crew, excellent fishing, and pretty good ocean. We are shut down for wind Friday, but at it again on Saturday. Clark and I can't wait. Captain Mike

It was a good trip out Wednesday 9/22. Looks like you hammered them today. So I missed the hot bite by a day. That's why we call it fishing
